Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we've had folks cancel the day before an event and we were unable to fill the slot, so we've instituted a refund policy. If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the event, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel within 30 days, no refund will be provided unless we can fill your slot with a student from the waiting list. Thank you.

Once you sign up, your contact information will be forwarded to your mentor who will contact you to schedule a great day on the water.

Some mentors allow more than one student and you're welcome to attend with a friend, but each participant must sign up individually. Just put a note in the Comments section and your mentor will try to accommodate you.

Please remember that you must be a member of HCFF in good standing to participate.

The River Group is simply an informal list of email addresses for those who like to fish rivers. Everyone in the group will have the list and anyone can send out a group message saying something like "I'm fishing the Middle Provo on Tuesday. Who wants to go?" You can then coordinate a time and place to meet. It's lots of fun.

When you submit this form, your name and email address will be forwarded to the List Keeper who will make sure you're on the list.

Registration and signed waiver is required to participate in High Country Fly Fisher Activities.

Yes, I understand and agree to the terms above. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and am signing this release for myself and anyone I bring to the activity. I understand and acknowledge that High Country Fly Fishers is not an insurer of my behavior, actions or participation in the event and that the organization assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injuries or property damages to me or to third persons arising out of my participation in the event activities. I hereby agree to release, waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify and hold harmless the organization, and all of their officers, employees, and agents from all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or loss/damage to any property belonging to me arising out of participation in the above-named event. Knowing these risks, I freely and voluntarily participate in the event/activity and hereby agree to assume and accept any and all risks. I have adequate health insurance to cover the costs of treatment in the event of any injury. I shall pay any attorney fees/costs incurred by High Country Fly Fishers in enforcing this Agreement. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of law, then it is agreed and intended that all the remainder shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect.

Yes, I understand and agree to the terms above. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and am signing this release for myself and anyone I bring to the activity. I understand and acknowledge that I am granting High Country Fly Fishers permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of High Country Fly Fishers and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize High Country Fly Fishers to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the High Country Fly Fishers from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
